Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services we use to operate the Site, such as Squarespace, our payment processor, and analytics providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfil your orders, including payment, shipping, and customer service

  • Communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries

  • Send you marketing communications, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: including Squarespace (our website, ecommerce platform, and payment processor) and our order fulfilment and manufacturing partner, who receives the order and shipping details necessary to produce and ship your items, solely to help us operate the Site and fulfil orders

  • Partner brands: we design and sell products in partnership with other businesses, and share revenue from sales of their designs. These partners only receive aggregate sales and order volume information — we do not share your personal details (name, address, contact information, or payment details) with them

Payments made on our Site are processed by Squarespace Payments. Squarespace Payments collects and handles your payment information directly and in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your full card details.

5. Order Fulfillment

We use a print-on-demand manufacturer to fulfil orders. When you place an order, we share the necessary details (such as your name, shipping address, and order contents) with them so they can produce and ship your items to you. They process this information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
